It is almost like stating the obvious to say that young people are important to the future of our sport, and young people are now a specific focus in IOF’s current activity plans.
The first thing we need to do is to share the experiences of our Federations in working with young people.
The second thing we need to do is to look critically at our sport and assess its standing from a youth prospective.
The next generation is a priority for all of us in the sport.
